Manitoulin Transport is one of Canada’s largest national transportation companies providing LTL (less than truckload) dedicated and logistics solutions throughout North America.

Currently we are seeking an individual to join us at our Calgary Maintenance location as: Garage Manager

We have a newer well equipped 22,000 sq ft maintenance facility in the East end of Calgary (Endeavor Drive) to expand our maintenance capability for Western Canada. This facility is responsible for the Calgary area, Medicine Hat, Lethbridge and Vancouver.

You would be in charge of our day-to-day garage operations with a staff of 16. Operating hours are 7 am to midnight daily, and a 12 hour day shift on weekends, with future growth expected.

You would be required to work within health and safety guidelines, ensure government mandated vehicle safety standards are met, and maintain our ISO certification standards.

Qualifications include past exposure to financial reports, competent with Word and Excel, past experience as a Supervisor, or Manager and a strong understanding of Health and Safety legislation.
